We offer a special platform for our customer for all support issues, Tatweer support center (TSC) is one of our support channels to track and solve business problems in a quick and transparent way, TSC also process all requests from customers to add new features or to discuss future enahancements.

Tatweer Support Center (TSC) is available for all customers, A customer can choose to create one or multiple accounts for any employee to track and add issues to TSC. Each customer account is assigned to the right project. Using his account a customer can login to TSC and add support or feature requests. TSC logs all issues activities and follow a per customer-customized workflow, an issue can contain may informations such as docuemnts, images, replies from both parties, It allows interaction with customers regardless of the physical location or time zone. TSC is available as web application in addition to mobile clients available for both Android and IOS. Finally Tatweer will give the customers a free training to use TSC.
